Contest starts on June 1, 2009, and ends on August 31, 2009, and judging to determine the winners will be held on or about September 15, 2009. Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and Guam), who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and an active subscriber of Heart & Soul magazine, except for employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members.

Void in Puerto Rico and Guam and where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. To enter: (1) submit two recent 4" x 6" photographs of yourself; one a headshot and one of your whole body including your face ("Entry Photos").  Photos must be no older than 3 months from date of entry and; (2) write a 200 word essay about what makes you a healthy, wealthy or wise woman ("Essay").

To submit your entry by mail, send (1) Entry Photos and (2) Essay to Healthy, Wealthy, Wise Woman Cover Model Search Contest--Entry, Heart & Soul Enterprises, LLC, 2514 Maryland Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21218. See Official Rules for complete entry instructions. All entries, Photos, and Essays become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

Touch-ups to Photos are prohibited. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of (1) a trip to New York City, or other city as may be designated by Sponsors, to participate in a photo shoot for the cover of a future issue of Heart & Soul Magazine. The trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence, hotel accommodations, room and room taxes, ground transportation to and from the hotel and airport, and $30 per diem for meals as described in and limited by the Official Rules; and (2) a two year subscription to Heart & Soul Magazine.  The retail value of the Grand Prize will vary depending on the winner's geographic location and is approximately valued at $1000-2500.
Ten (10) Second Prizes will be awarded each consisting of (1) a one-year subscription to Heart & Soul Magazine.  ARV of each Second Prize is $18. Contest entries will be accepted only after June 1, 2009, and must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2009.

Winners must produce valid identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. Grand Prize winner must travel on dates established by Sponsors to meet production deadlines. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his or her name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and voice in this and future promotions and publicity without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
